This editorial concept reimagines a National Geographic feature through a modern, nature-focused lens. I developed the visual direction and page layouts to strengthen my skills in magazine design. Using Photoshop, I created custom butterfly illustrations and refined the cover imagery to establish a cohesive visual language. The interior spreads were designed in InDesign, where I focused on hierarchy, rhythm, and readability while preserving the sophisticated yet approachable tone associated with National Geographic. This project allowed me to practice professional editorial workflows, balancing strong visuals with structured typography, and showcase my ability to build compelling, publication-ready layouts from concept to execution.
